Our office will NO longer be contracted with CIGNA DENTAL.  However we will continue to accept and submit to Cigna insurance as an out-of-network provider.

Effective January 1st, 2024

Our office is NO longer participating in the state Medicaid program, nor contracted with any of their Managed Care Organizations.

DENTAL SCHOOL FORMS are need for Kindergarten, 2nd, 6th, and 9th Grades.   
Don't forget to remind our staff if your child needs one for the upcoming school year!

Your Child's First Dental Visit

We follow the recommendation of the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, both of which recommend that your first visit occur when your child's first baby tooth arrives or by their first birthday - whichever comes first.
